Student information processed through the System is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and parental consent requirements.
12. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to affected individuals, DCCP will:
- Notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach
- Notify affected data subjects when required by law
- Document the breach and remediation measures taken
- Implement measures to prevent future breaches

DCCP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of any material changes through the System or via email. Continued use of the System after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
